The link to ipc-1.0.4.tar.gz in mozilla-1.5.ebuild does not exist. The link 
 
http://enigmail.mozdev.org/dload/src/ipc-1.0.4.tar.gz  
 
must be changed to: 
 
http://downloads.mozdev.org/enigmail/src/ipc-1.0.4.tar.gz
