like other packages (ie. bug 305443) raine doesn't compile using gcc and graphite, I simply made an ebuild that strips the offending CFLAGS (-floop-block -floop-interchange -floop-strip-mine)

Known gcc error, will not be fixed in gcc 4.4
See bug 278209 for more details. 

"Marking this as WONTFIX unless someone else backports the [gcc] patch."
