One of the disk arrays is offline to clear up some filesystem
corruption. If you see errors from rsync akin to 'chroot failed' this
  is why.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Synced with the rsync.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu mirror, wanted to downgrade some apps.
2.Re-synced (and got a differnt server), as was suspicious of first mirror.

this is the one i tried reporting in #31332 but didn't have a record of which
server it was. I run a local rsync mirror for an internal network of over
a dozen gentoo boxes but hadn't felt eligible to mirror directly from rsync1
as my rsync mirror is not publicly accessible. But sure enough its the one
i synced to at noon today. I'm confirming this server is out of sync still.

Removed from .us, .namerica and main rotations. Sent an
email to contact.
Comment 3 Peter Penkala gentoo-dev 2003-10-22 16:59:58 UTC
Server is back up. Was syncing with gentoo-x86-portage, which
isn't on the cluster.
