As I'm no longer a part of user relations or developer relations, please remove me from the alias's.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. announce stepping down from both user rel and devrel
2. put in bug to be removed from the alias's
3. drink beer and relax with the lack of spam now



Expected Results:  
no more devrel and userrel email. Horray?
