xorg-server-1.8.0 installs /usr/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-evdev.conf however it never appears to be parsed (due to --sysconfdir=/etc/X11 in the ebuild?).

Assuming there can only be one config dir, 10-evdev.conf (and any future files) need to be moved to /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/
