I'm running ~x86 and portage wants to update my ibm-jre to 1.4.0-r2.  
It needs IBMJava2-JRE-14.tgz from: https://www6.software.ibm.com/dl/lxdk/lxdk-p
but the only files available there are for 1.4.1.

Unless I kept a copy from last time (which I didn't) I now can't emerge ibm-jre
at 1.4.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rm /usr/portage/distfiles/IBMJava2-JRE-14.tgz
2. emerge /usr/portage/dev-java/ibm-jre/ibm-jre-1.4.0-r2.ebuild
3.

Actual Results:
