This ebuild updates rar (and unrar) from the beta7 to 3.0. The ebuilds 
currently install rar into /opt/rar so symlinks to the executables (rar and 
unrar in /opt/rar/bin) may be desirable. As these are not installed by 
existing ebuilds I haven't changed this in the new ebuild.
