The man page for gif2png is broken.

When options are listed, only the description is shown, and not the option itself.

I'm assuming that you are using gif2png-2.4.6 which does indeed have an
incomplete manpage. Thankfully this has been fixed in gif2png-2.4.7

2.4.7 is stable now
