sci-chemistry/apbs-1.2.1b-r2 fails during install on x86-linux. When USE="python -tools", it chokes on the "doins tools/python/{*.py,*.pqr,*.so} || die;" line because there are no *.so-files in tools/python. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. USE="python -tools" emerge apbs 2. 3. Actual Results: apbs fails during install. Expected Results: apbs merged. Fix by either USE="python tools" or maybe "-python -tools". I don't know enough about the apbs build to say whether USE="python" should imply tools, or if perhaps the conditional before the offending doins should be "if use tools && ...".
Sorry for that one. Fixed now.
