If you go to www.gentoo.org the following is displayed:
Empty Page!
If you expected a real website instead something must be wrong. :-( 

This also impacts layman since it grabs the overlay list from http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/overlays/layman-global.txt


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1a.Go to www.gentoo.org

1b. Run layman -L

Actual Results:  
2a.See the blank website message

2b. Get * Failed to update the overlay list from: http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/overlays/layman-global.txt
* Error was:
* HTTP Error 404: Not Found     

Expected Results:  
To see the gentoo.org website and to be able to get a current list of overlays
