Description Paul Moore 2003-10-14 07:30:24 UTC
When doing a 'emerge sync' then a 'emerge -upv world' I get the following error:

***
sockpuppet root # emerge -upv world

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating world dependencies \
!!! all ebuilds that could satisfy ">=sys-libs/db-4.1" have been masked.
!!! (dependency required by "net-nds/openldap-2.1.22-r1" [ebuild])

!!! Problem with ebuild net-nds/openldap-2.1.22-r1
!!! Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem.

!!! Depgraph creation failed.
sockpuppet root #
***

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. emerge -upv world
3.

Actual Results:
Described above.

Expected Results:
Worked.

Alpha people: please fix your profile to allow DB-4.1 in ~alpha!
