Requesting ~sparc keyword be added to ebuild. 

This library successfully compiles and runs under sparc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create copy of ruby-openid to local portage overlay.
2. Add ~sparc keyword to ebuild and recreate digest 
3. Add dev-ruby/ruby-openid to package.keywords

Actual Results:  
package has no issues running under sparc, but requires manual inclusion of ~sparc keyword

Expected Results:  
package has no issues running under sparc and ~sparc keyword is a part of the ebuild
