cp: cannot stat `setup/setup': No such file or directory
install: cannot stat `/var/tmp/paludis/media-libs-allegro-4.4.1.1-r1/temp//allegro-setup': No such file or directory
/usr/libexec/paludis/utils/dobin: dobin returned error 2


If you enable +tools, the installation is fine.

4.2 always enabled tools, and after few days of playing with allegro and games depending on it, the package isn't very useful without the tools. 

Also the USE flag didn't bring any external dependencies.
