adobe-flash is causing the X server to die, I could reproduce it with the following browsers:
www-client/chromium-5.0.307.11
www-client/mozilla-firefox-3.6-r4
www-client/epiphany-2.28.2

Uninstalling the flash plugin, the problem disappears

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Access a page with flash ads, like:
www.terra.com.br

Or try to watch an youtube video.

Actual Results:  
X dies.

I run dmesg and found this message:

[drm:i915_gem_object_bind_to_gtt] *ERROR* Invalid object alignment requested 4096

Then I change to the newest unstable (~x86) kernel and the problem seems to have gone away. So It seems the problem was not really in adobe-flash.
