Hi!
I made an ebuild for the "Shibatch sampling rate converter". It resamples PCM WAV files at a very high level of quality. Both the normal and the high precision version are built. 
I thought of media-sound/ssrc. It seems to be only dependant on glibc.

It's my first ebuild so there might be some flaws.
