Certificate/device management does not work!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge =www-client/epiphany-extensions-2.28.1-r2
2.enable the plug-in
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

In console :

** (epiphany:432): CRITICAL **: manage_certificates_cb: assertion `manager != NULL' failed

** (epiphany:432): CRITICAL **: manage_devices_cb: assertion `manager != NULL' failed


Expected Results:  
Opportunity to manage security devices and certificates

Same in Ubuntu and Debian all affected systems are x86_64:

certificates management interface should be available in epiphany >= 2.32, that is what an upstream developer told me IIRC.

for now, if you want epiphany + certificates management, stick to 2.26.

This needs to be fixed directly by upstream. Sorry for the inconvenience
