media-video/mkvtoolnix used to have a gui (afair though). to start the gui there used to be the mmg command. 
i wish it will come back.

well doing it manually worked too, but having it in the repos would be a bit more convenient :)

Make sure you have the wxwidgets useflag enabled.

i must have remove said use flag i guess.
