0.07 seems to have dependencies that aren't in portage. If you want to attach
a new ebuild for 0.07 and ebuilds for it's dependencies, we'll be more than
happy to take a look at it.

If someone with the knowledge of the program wants to submit an updated ebuild, we'll look at updating it.
