All the following packages are out of date, and do not work with the current
version of xine-lib in portage. All the functionallity of the following packages
are included with standard xine-lib packages.
media-plugins/xine-d4d
media-plugins/xine-d5d
media-plugins/xine-dmd
media-plugins/xine-dvdnav

So, as they don't work, and the extra features they provide are not longer
needed, because those extra features are now already provided in xine-lib, I
suggest we remove them from portage.

Sounds reasonable, the old xine-lib is obsolete for all arches... did that. Thanks.
