Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables VTE_CFLAGS
and VTE_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

Thanks very much for reporting this, it's now been FIXED in the main tree.  Please give the servers a few hours to synchronize and then try rebuilding it.  If you're still experiencing problems, feel free to reopen this bug.  5:)
