mount.cifs is included in samba 3.0.0 but it is not built by default (or at list that's my understanding) this patch makes portage build and install it

to use cifs you also need linux 2.6

Cool! I hope this gets integrated ... school uses Linux CIFS server and I
want my frickin' permission flags ...
