Some distfiles mirrors have copies of this file that are 124506101 bytes when the Manifest file lists it as 125785026 bytes, causing repeated fetch attempts due to size mismatch. found a similar issue reported on NetBSD mailing list. http://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bugs/2010/02/14/msg036201.html Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.attempt emerge again Actual Results: Fetch fails, file is renamed and fetch is attempted again, usually unsuccessfully. Expected Results: The file size and checksums would match, and fetch would be successful. Repeated attempts seem to have found a mirror hosting the correct sized file. This download is still in progress while this bug is reported. kde-base/kdebase-runtime-meta cannot be built without this.

The fetch attempt that (luckily) got the correct filesize failed on checksum, a subsequent attempt was made, but that hit a mirror with the incorrectly sized file.
It seems correct here, probably you hit bad mirror
