os-prober's version has incremented.

Patch had to be re-done for some failed hunks: will consider developing a sed in the meantime to take care of future releases

ebuild can be renamed with no changes.

drop patch from ebuild, use sed instead

to avoid patch issues in the future, dropped epatch from src_prepare and used sed to do the job epatch was doing. Simple modifications, should save space vs patch.
