I wish to announce a new full source (distfiles+releases) mirror in Kyiv, Ukraine, accessible as:

bandwidth:      90 Mbit/s Ukraine, 10 Mbit/s world
hardware:       dual core Intel Atom D510 1.6GHz CPU, 2GB 800MHz RAM, SATA-2 drives

30 concurrent user connections overall is OK.
As for now, server rsyncs against ftp.ussg.iu.edu::gentoo-distfiles every 23:58, 03:58, 07:58,… Kyiv (UTC+2) time.
