please update the ebuild (checkout hg repository)
it doesn't compile with default kernel

last ebuild is 
linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.20080317.ebuild

It does emerge fine here, please post your error and "emerge --info".
Nevertheless I can add a new snapshot.
