This has been bothering me for a few weeks and I even started a forum thread where people have pointed to bugzilla as the correct place to mention this:
change "Gentoo Weekly Newsletter -- September 29nd, 2003"
to "Gentoo Weekly Newsletter -- September 29th, 2003"

It's nothing big, just something that someone may want to fix if they have an extra few seconds.
