The Download URL is wrong. 

The clamav-site links: 

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/clamav/ for download and not
http://clamav.elektrapro.com/stable/ as mentioned in the clamav ebuild.

Only thing to to ist to correct the URL in the ebuild.
