being a developer makes me think i know how to file a bug report properly ...

thus it'd be neat if when i click New in the footer it didnt append the ?format=guided ... you could key off of the '@gentoo.org' in the e-mail address ...

New-Expert Option added below in the quicklink footer, chucking the email
address off, thats just pushing your luck=)
