I'm trying to install sci-libs/cctbx-2009.11.01.0123 on my amd64 box, but I see this error after a successful compilation:

Why is it? I have the stable python-2.6.4 installed.

Please attach the build.log and the output of

emerge --info =sci-libs/cctbx-2009.11.01.0123

Fixed. Was actually some borked code in the python.eclass. Arfrever will fix it and I added a python version fix in the ebuild.
