GraphicsMagick 1.3.9 released on February 4, 2010. It comes with a few bug fixes, doc installation fixes, and fixes for two crashers.
GraphicsMagick 1.3.10 released on February 10, 2010. Its main goal is to fix a SourceForge bug 2947851 "Memory allocation error on vector graphics".
