2 solutions :
- Mask 1.4.x version of rrdtools for cacti (1.3.x is OK)
- Patch cacti to use rrdtools 1.4.x

Well...
When configuring cacti, the choice for rrdtools is version 1.1.x, 1.2.x and 1.3.x, but not 1.4x
I've set it to 1.3.x, but diags told me that no compatibe version of rrdtools were found, and no graphs are generated.
I've masked rrdtools 1.4.2, emerged 1.3.9 and it worked fine.

Thank you for report. I've added <rrdtool-1.4 dependency. Let's wait for 088.
