just an ebuild for Opera 7.21 Pre2

copied from 7.20 beta ebuild, it behaves a little strangely but gets the job
done in the end. please feel free to clean it up, anyone.

1. tarball md5 sum is: 41f267c12252eb2bb6f6539cdc1c48dd
2. even though the download succeeds, the ebuild fails with "could not
download". however, running the ebuild again at that point will work
3. the ebuild requires user input to continue...?!
System wide configuration files:
  /var/tmp/portage/opera-7.21_pre2/image//etc/opera6rc
  /var/tmp/portage/opera-7.21_pre2/image//etc/opera6rc.fixed
 cannot be prefixed

duh, changing the first dosed to:

dosed "s/str_localdirexec/\/opt\/opera\/lib\/opera\/${OPERAVER}.1/" /opt/opera/bin/opera

makes it slightly more flexible, although you will still have to change the
value of OPERAVER every time you bump a version...
