According to http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/man/snmp_config.html the variable
SNMPCONFPATH should be added to env.

It says _can_ be added, not should. Is something not working for you if this
isn't not set?  Everything is working properly for me.  If this is still
a problem, please reopen.
