i use this iso install-sparc64-minimal-20100201.iso.
unfortunately the boot process (boot: gentoo) ends on "updating inittab"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot gentoo
2.wait
3.



Expected Results:  
i want the live cd to finish the boot process.

You're booting using video, serial?

Try with 2008.0

i was booting with the option gentoo without any video settings, if thats what you asked.

booting install-sparc64-minimal-2008.0.iso gets me to the command line.

ad 2008: this brings me the command line but after pressing a key i get some weird error. (sorry it was to long to write)

ad 2007: this works perfectly.

no problem, i have no more access to this old pc, so i wont hit this issue again i think.
