Xarthisius has been helping us with -Wl,--as-needed QA bugs, been active on x86 arch testing bugs, and other random areas. Here is a link to his bugzilla activity: http://tinyurl.com/y9r8zxz We have mostly finished reviewing both quiz's.
Kacper, please send both ebuild-quiz and end-quiz to recruiters@gentoo.org with a reference to this bug at the e-mail Summary. Also state other areas you would be intrested in working on, so we can adjust CC field of this bug.
Kacpers work on QA matters namely the as-needed bugs is astonishing and he will be great addition to QA team. We always can utilize more people to help us with treecleaning :DDD
Added sci@ to CC since I've been told he would be accepted there as well due to his work on sci@ bugs lately. Bicatali, can you comment here?
Just to add my support: Kacper has also been quite helpful ironing out packages that don't use mpi correctly.

From looking at what he's done so far, he seems like he would be a great addition, and after he's been a dev for awhile we would look into having him join QA.
For x86: He does not devote 24/7 to arch work, so he is useless for us. But as soon as he becomes an official developer we are allowed to whip him regularly, which will make him rethink his priorities. So yes from our side. :-)
Kacper has been very good at going deep into the packages to fight many nasty bugs. He will be a very welcome to the sci team and any of the sub sci-* herd if he's willing to join.

For the backlog: It will need some time to get to your recruitment, but it is still pending. Just have some patience, since recruiters team is also a bit understaffed.
