Hi, On a stable x86 system I emerged =media-sound/teamspeak-client-bin-3.0.0_beta12. Launching teamspeak3 command results in following error : > /opt/teamspeak3-client/ts3client: error while loading shared libraries: libXinerama.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I had to emerge x11-libs/libXinerama to fix the problem. Thanks. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge =media-sound/teamspeak-client-bin-3.0.0_beta12 2. run teamspeak3 3.
one question: did you emerge ts3 client with builtin-qt USE-flag enabled or disabled and did you try emerging the other way around?
Yes you're right, I forgot to specify the configuration. Teamspeak is emerged with builtin-qt enabled, simply because if I disabled it, it segfaults on launch.
Can you please tell me why you closed this bug as invalid without any explanation ?
because it seemed to be the builtin-qt flag's fault, from the first sight, sorry for that. However, I added >=x11-libs/libXinerama-1.0.2 to RDEPENDS on the new version bump which I should be just to be on portage mirrors soon.
