Maybe it's because yelp-2.26 doesn't support xulrunner-1.9.2, it would probably still build against xul-1.9.1 (I am seeing the same with epiphany-2.26* now :-( )
Comment 4 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-01-31 11:15:23 UTC
yelp-2.28.1-r2 should work in that case

it seems to work for my on amd64 but not on i686, so it could be something else going on here. my amd64 box has yelp-2.26.0 but the i686 hits this bug but if i recall the amd64 box failed with yelp but i can't seem to remember what package i had to reemerge.

Comment 6 Oo.et.oO 2010-02-01 23:25:21 UTC
that works. perhaps the yelp ebuild should be fixed to have rdepend <xulrunner-1.9.2 ?

i'm up and running with xul-runner 1.9.2-r1 and yelp 2.28.1-r2 on amd64

yelp-2.26 won't be fixed to build with xulrunner-1.9.2, having <xulrunnner-1.9.2 in DEPEND is also not a good solution.

How about a blocker?

Right, yelp-2.26 won't work with xulrunner-1.9.2; I've changed the deps to reflect that. Users should keyword yelp-2.28
