The gtk-themes theme mgicchikn no longer exists with that name.  It is now 
properly named magicchicken at ftp.debian.org

I can't install gtk-themes because of this bug.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge gtk-themes 
2. 
3. 
Actual Results:  
!!! Couldn't download gtk-engines-mgicchikn_1.0.0.orig.tar.gz. Aborting. 
 

Expected Results:  
Either not use magic chicken, or upgrade to the latest version and naming 
scheme for magic chicken.

Hi. This issue has been resolved now in CVS. Please re-sync your portage
tree and test.
