Looks like Lightning in now compatible with Thunderbird 3. (See URL.) Since I haven’t seen a ebuild request, here it is. :) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Lightning exists as a USE flag for mail-client/mozilla-thunderbird, so just emerge it with USE=lightning and enjoy :)
Interesting. I always thought that the USE flag would just create a dependency on x11-plugins/lightning. So I checked for updates on that package. Interesting that it’s now integrated. This is really unclear when one tries to update TB, and even caused me to create a weird bug and this one. :/ There should be a way that this is told to the user, along with the “blocking” error message when having the lightning ebuild installed.
