Chances are that this is an la file pollution,
originating from mit_krb5.

sorry - I assumed that the rebuild is in dependency order and I just posted the first package that failed. mit_krb5 was on list (and possibly have some crazy circular dependency on gnome-vfs).

Please, try revdep-rebuild. Until it finish clean there are problems on your system we may help you to resolve, but still this issues are not real bugs to be fixed.

That's was the error during revdep-rebuild (well reconcillo). After manually removing the flag from .la files  and revdep-rebuild/reconcillo it was fixed.
