There are also a couple of German FLOSS events where I'd like to have the DVD -- most notably the LinuxTag. So I'd like to request a certain amount of DVDs to be made for the German eV. I think we can make a small financial contribution to the effort, as well act as a "European Distribution Center" for the DVDs.

Is FOSDEM 2010 Practical ? Its Feb 6/7, just over a week from now, and we don't have a booth.

The ETA for that wont be till Monday Feb 10 2010. Then we need a few days to QA it. If FOSDEM people want anything in that time frame. Probably local printing of the 10.1 would be suitable for them.
Jason Komar from Stormfront Ventures one of our approved vendors replied to the trustees; I have run the figures and I can provide them at $2.85 CAD each + the cost of shipping. These would be inkjet printed in DVD cases with a jacket and shrink wrapped. DVD shipping boxes hold 100 pieces each.
At the rate shown by David, that translates to ~$2.685 USD per unit before shipping. What is the estimated production time? This seems a bit high compared to some of the online vendors I have researched, but we need more information.
We ended up having to fund this out of personal pockets (no you can't have the receipt). I'm known for being blunt. You failed us on this one. Please try harder on other funding requests in the future. Closing bug as SCALE-8x is over.
