The cuda gdb debugger bin for nvcc compiler is missing from the portage distribution of nvidia-cuda-toolkits.  It is available upstream in the packages distributed by nvidia itself however.

I forgot to add that this is dev-utils/nvidia-cuda-toolkit-2.3

I am unsure if earlier versions contain this bin.

Install with USE="debugger".
