GraphicsMagick 1.3.8 released on January 21, 2010.

Unfortunately changelog referenced in the URL field is heavy truncated, so I submitted contents of the NEWS.txt file related to 1.3.8 to http://pastebin.org/81638.
This new releases fixes security issues 295425 and 295429 (both are in Gentoo Bugzilla) and one more issue not previously reported here (SourceForge issue 2886560), so this version bump request could be probably considered as a security request too.

Bumped. Note the security fixes you mentioned were already applied in 1.3.7-r2.
