making a portage package to install on another system, and a portage mechanism
to get it in there would be pretty rad.

already added a package option that builds a tar.bz2 
with modules,kernel,initrd, .config.

This is outside of the intended scope of genkernel - our job is to build
a working kernel and initrd, not to package portage.
