attempting to executing '/etc/init.d/exim reload' failed

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /etc/init.d/exim reload


Actual Results:  
 * Reloading exim ... [ !! ]

/etc/init.d/exim failed, but exim process received SIGHUP signal.



Expected Results:  
 * Reloading exim ... [ ok ]

Thanks, exim indeed won't die (luckily) on SIGHUP.
