Withoug xdg-utils, chromium won't be able to open file it has downloaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open chromium in a terminal
2. Download a file using chromium
3. Try to have chromium open the file
4. See chromium complain about not finding xdg-open in the terminal

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
File should be opened using specified application.

Thanks for the report! Official chrome deb packages also show depend on it

Fixed in all current in-tree chromium/chromium-bin packages
