Actually, I made an ebuild for that a few months back and committed it to the roslin overlay. I called the package kega-fusion, though. I suggest you try it :)
nice, but i not quite care about million-bissilion overlays out there since if portage has games-emulation category it should provide cool stuff in it or devote it to overlay entirely. or, at least, someone could create big and good games,emulators, etc. overlay like real friggin' repository, you know... until then, Maintainers Wake UP !

I do hope that some of my ebuilds make it to portage in the future, though.
i've looked at your kega and pcsx-r ebuilds and those are good. i hope they make it into portage rather sooner then later
