mcl's author has released 0.53.00, which is basically changes for gcc3.  I
copied the 0.52.99 ebuild and took out the line for the gcc3 patch.

Added to CVS.  Also, converted it to use the games eclass at the same time
so
keep that in mind (games group and so forth...).
