Description Jeroen Roovers (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-01-07 23:41:57 UTC
Problem is that parted-2.1 no longer provides these functions:
 ped_disk_clobber_exclude
 ped_disk_align_to_cylinders_on
 ped_disk_align_to_cylinders_toggle

whereas pyparted-2.5 will not compile against the older libparted (parted-1.8.8 or 1.9.0 because of these missing macros:
 PED_DISK_CYLINDER_ALIGNMENT
 PED_PARTITION_APPLE_TV_RECOVERY

So before we can get the new pyparted in, we'll need to see a new parted release.
