New fpc 2.4.0 version available in Free pascal website. Please add it to portage

Are you using free pascal from main portage tree or from an overlay? I don't see any versions available in the main tree... if you're using pascal from an overlay, let us know which one (you might need to send your bump request elsewhere, depending on who maintains the overlay).

FreePascal 2.4.0 New Ebuild

I'm attaching the new ebuild for FreePascal 2.4.0.
There are two things to notice:

1. There is no longer Linux-SPARC support.
2. The fpc-2.2.4-execstack.patch is already applied by the developers, so it is no longer needed.

I'm sorry. There are no binary build of sparc version yet. That's why I thought that sparc support is discontinued.

fpc and fpc-ide 2.4.0 are now in the tree.
